Colts Best Moments
Just to get you in the mood for the new season I have made a special, temporary page showing you the Colts best moments in the seasons past!
8) New Signings: Over the past years the Colts have made 6 signings, all of which have been successful. The first was the signing of Austen Williams, he was followed with the signings of Dom Mallins and Angus Hall. William Hyde was next to join. A long time passed until the signing of Josh Smith who was followed shortly by Sikhusele Nyaka.

7) Local Derbies: The Colts always love it when they face local rivals and their game against Copthorne was no exception. The Colts banged in 4 goals but conceeded 2. But Copthorne's goals couldn't dampen their high spirits as the game ended 4-2.

6) When the Colts faced Albury Eagles they set a new record, they scored 6 goals in one game another record was set by Jonny Lord who scored 4 goals during that game. The game ended 6-2 and the Colts easily picked up all 3 points.

5) Ashington shock victory: With just a few games to go the Colts faced second in the league Ashington Cougars. They looked set for a tough game but against all the odds Smith managed to bag a hatrick that lead to the Colts winning 3-2, but what made the victory so much sweeter was the fact that Ashington failed to be promoted due to their defeat at the hands of the Colts.

4) Last Day of Season Victory: On the last day of the 2005/06 season the Colts were desperate to win, Smith scored but Maidenbower equalised, but with 10 minutes left on the clock Williams scored a penalty which handed the Colts the victory.

3) Ray Wonder Goal: One of the best games of the season produced the goal of the season. When the Colts faced Chiddingfold in the Cup Jack Ray smashed in a wonder goal from miles outside the box.

2) Goals Galore!: Last season the Colts bagged 44 goals in just 22 games. Thats an average of 2 goals per game!

1) The most thrilling match ever in the Colts history was taken to penalties after a miraculous comeback against tough opposition. Hyde scored the first and Hutcheson, Lord and Williams all followed in his footsteps taking the Colts through to the next round!
